The tuition for this event is $750 and includes two nights hotel accommodations at the Marriott Indianapolis North, meals on both conference days, and all conference materials including a jump drive containing all the forms, personalized sales materials, articles, and research on this benefit.. Attendees pay their own transportation to and from Indianapolis and will be responsible for their own dinner on Tuesday evening. Lunch is provided on both Monday and Tuesday as well as continental breakfast.  A dinner will be provided as well as on Monday evening at a nearby restaurant. Please do not plan your departing flights until late Tuesday evening or Wednesday after 2:30 if you plan to attend the optional half day. 

Class on Monday will begin promptly at 8 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. Tuesday's session is from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m with an optional half day on Wednesday from 8:00 to approximately 12:00.
